What we do at the well
We run these on the same visit, or one at a time.
Fluid level shot
We put a wireless gun on the casing valve and shoot sound down the well. The echoes tell us how much fluid is over your pump, your pump intake pressure, how much gas is coming up the annulus, and your producing bottomhole pressure.
Dyno on the polished rod
The rod transducer clamps on in about 30 seconds and doesn't touch your spacing. We get the surface card and the pump card and run the valve checks. That shows tagging, gas lock, fluid pound, a worn pump or a leaking valve.
Motor and balance
A power probe clamps on the motor leads. It tells us how hard the motor and gearbox are working and how far to move the counterweights.
