The report

What we found, and what we would do

Every survey ends with a plain finding and a recommendation, signed on location. No prices, no line items. It is made to go in the well file.

What we found

The fluid is 788 ft over the pump. The pump card shows fluid pound: the barrel fills 78% on the upstroke and the plunger hits liquid on the way down. The fluid level has dropped 402 ft in five months.

Recommendation

Slow the unit or set the controller to shut down on pump-off, then shoot the well again in 30 days to confirm the fluid has stopped falling.

Two pages. The first is the survey report. The second has the shot, the pump card and the trend. The PDF and the well page above are the same example well.
